Great start to the year, and the accommodation listings are now up

Greetings all. The wrist is slowly on the mend so I just thought I'd let you know that in the first week since the opening date for the 2010 event we have recieved 80 entries. So for all those people in two minds about whether to enter or not, now is the time to do it. We are still going to run a limited period of online entry this year starting the first week in Feb as a trial but the number of entries available will depend on the number of entries we get between now and then, so if you want to be absolutely sure of an entry get your entry forms posted now!

We now also have a listing page for accommodation in the Grassington and Ingleton areas available under the EVENT tab on the top of the page. You should see an Accommodation Listing link in the left hand side menu. This is by no means a complete listing of all the accommodation available in the area, but represents those businesses who have chosen to support the Fellsman by advertising on the Website and in the Entrant Handbook. Our grateful thanks go to them all.

I have also updated the Catering page, also accessible through the EVENT tab, with the 2010 checkpoint catering menu. Can I remind everyone that arrangements can be made for assisting entrants who have specific medical dietary requirements (e.g. lactose/gluten intolerant etc) via the Catering Officer.
