Online Entries

Welcome to the first ever Fellsman online entry system. Hopefully you will find it easy to use, if not please tell us why not had how we need to improve it next year!

Currently we are limited to fifty online entries however we hope to raise that in the next couple of weeks once Paypal has verified our accounts. If the limit has been reached a message will be posted both here and on the News page.

Please follow the instructions below to complete your online entry. Please note that online entries will be charged at £24 rather than the £23 postal entry fee. This is to cover administration charges levied by Paypal. The Fellsman is non-profit making organisation which is organised by the Scout Association which is itself a charity. Any proceeds made by the event are ploughed back into maintaining equipment needed to run the event (tents, radios and radio masts, etc.), and supporting the Scouts of Keighley District. The Committee hopes that you understand why we have had to make the decision to levy this administration charge.

Instructions for Online Entry

  1. Complete the entry form below. Fields marked with an asterisk are compulsory.
  2. Once the form has been completed, click on the Submit button to submit the form. A window will open showing the information which has been submitted to the Fellsman. You may wish to print a copy of this for your records. For some reason we can't fathom the acknowledgement will not display your name however this information does appear on the submitted entry form we receive - Go figure! ;-)
  3. Follow the Paypal Payment Link on the acknowledgement window (or from the bottom of this page) where you will be able to choose options for meals and transport and pay via Paypal by Credit or Debit Card or your own paypal account
  4. Once confirmation of your payment has been received you will be issued an entrant number via email. Your handbook will be dispatched to you in early March.
  5. If you have not heard anything from us within 48 hours please email.

As we are running online entries as a trial this year we would love to have any comments on how easy you find the system to use in practice.
